PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine that restrains performance deterioration when an opening/closing valve is closed, and that reduces design man-hours and production costs of an inner casing.SOLUTION: There is provided a turbine that comprises: turbine rotor blades 4; an inner casing 21 and an outer casing 22 that form a flow passage of exhaust gas; a bypass part 50 that is provided on an outer periphery of the inner casing 21 and the outer casing 22 and that forms a bypass flow passage 52 for guiding the exhaust gas to an exhaust gas outlet 28a without passing it through the turbine rotor blades 4; and an opening/closing valve 51 that opens/closes the bypass flow passage 52.
