<p>The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) driving apparatus capable of compensating for the current variation between LED channel groups by compensating for a voltage drop according to the length of a pattern in which a current command is transmitted to a driver. The LED driving apparatus includes: a power supply unit configured to supply a predetermined DC power voltage; a driving unit provided with a plurality of driver groups having a plurality of drivers, wherein each of the driver groups receives a DC power voltage from the power supply unit to drive a relevant LED channel; a current setting unit configured to provide a current command for setting current corresponding to a driving power voltage that operates a relevant LED channel from each of the driver groups according to control signals; and a current variation compensating unit configured to compensate for the current variation between the driver groups by a signal transmission line between the current setting unit and the driver groups.</p>
