The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, a composition for facilitating collagen synthesis and a food composition for preventing or improving wrinkles on skin or aging including wedelolactone or salt thereof as an active ingredient, wherein the composition includes wedelolactone or salt thereof as an active ingredient and accordingly facilitates the creation of collagen in an efficient manner, thereby being used for preventing or improving wrinkles, a loss of elasticity and water on skin, and aging. Also, the composition has natural materials used as medicinal herbs and accordingly no side effects, thereby being used as cosmetic materials and food additives.
