PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of efficiently using a data bus, without concentrating data on the data bus in a partial period.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a solid-state imaging device, a storage part, an imaging processing part performing processing to input image data outputted from the solid-state imaging device or image data stored in the storage part, and a timing generation part generating the timing of operating the solid-state imaging device and the imaging processing part. The timing generation part generates a first synchronous signal for driving the solid-state imaging device, to output the first synchronous signal to the solid-state imaging device and outputs the first synchronous signal and a first clock signal inputted from the solid-state imaging device to the imaging processing part, in a first operation for performing processing by using the timing of the solid-state imaging device as a reference, and outputs a generated second synchronous signal and a second clock signal to the imaging processing part, but does not output the first synchronous signal to the solid-state imaging device, in a second operation for performing processing by using the timing of the inside of the imaging processing part as the reference. |
