<p>FTA-COO Authenticator Abstract The invention Free Trade Agreement Certificate of Origin (FTA COO) Authenticator addresses one of the vexing problems in international trade that is to prevent tempering of FTA-COO and identify any fraud before a crime is committed by ensuring that the content of the FTA-COO is accurate and unaltered, it is authentic and it is issued by an authorised institution. To achieve its stated aims, the invention FTA-COO Authenticator encapsulates a number of key data representing the FTA Certificate or Origin namely: the certificate issuer, the regulatory bodies who have vested such power to the FTA-COO issuer, the digital certificate used to establish link with the site of the issuer in a QR code and provides an instant comparison between human readable data on the physical certificate with the content of the QR code using any mobile device, thus eliminating any investment in any expensive technology. ... 4' ." . .. ... .. . .. . .. . .. .
