PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature fixing toner and a developer that are unlikely to be scattered and have high environmental stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner that has a crystalline polyester resin dispersed in an amorphous resin, where the volume average diameter Dv and the number average diameter Dn of the crystalline polyester resin in toner particles satisfy the following relational expression (1): 1.00≤Dv/Dn≤2.25 and 0.07 μm≤Dv≤0.20 μm. |
