PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive device capable of improving workability when mounting a winding switch part and a power conversion part.SOLUTION: A motor drive part 10 (motor drive device) of the invention includes: a motor 3 including a winding 3a for high-speed drive and winding 3b for low-speed drive; a winding switch part 4 which switches between a state where the winding 3a for the high-speed drive of the motor 3 is connected, and a state where the winding 3b for the low-speed drive of the motor 3 is connected; and an inverter part 1 connected to the motor 3. The motor 3, the winding switch part 4 and the inverter part 1 are stacked in this order in a direction nearly orthogonal to the axial direction of the motor 3. |
