The present invention relates to an electrode for fuel cells, a membrane electrode assembly and a fuel cell including the same. In the present invention, provided is an electrode, which improves the performance of fuel cells under high humidity or low humidity conditions. In an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a fuel cell including the membrane electrode assembly where the electrode for fuel cells has effects of improving movement of hydrogen and reactive gas diffusivity in a catalyst layer under high and low humidity conditions.
