摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a hybrid pressure sensor using a nanofiber web and, more specifically, comprises: a piezoelectric pressure sensor detecting only a dynamic pressure of a fast cycle based on a nanofiber web; a hybrid pressure sensor wherein a piezocapacitance pressure sensor detecting only a static pressure or a dynamic pressure of a slow cycle, based on a nanofiber web and placed between insulating layers, is laminated; and each piezocapacitance signal processing unit processing a piezoelectric signal amplifier amplifying and processing a fine piezoelectric signal transferred from the piezoelectric pressure sensor based on the nanofiber web and a piezocapacitance signal transferred from the piezocapacitance pressure sensor based on the nanofiber web. Thus, the hybrid pressure sensor using the nanofiber web can detect dynamic signals of all cycles as well as static pressure applied to a same position by a thin sensor.</p>
