<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker capable of accurately determining a rice cooking amount with a simple configuration while suppressing a temperature of rice to a temperature not affecting a rice cooking process time or less when determining the rice cooking amount.SOLUTION: In a rice cooker 100, a control part 7 stops heating to a rice cooking pot 1 after heating the rice cooking pot 1 by a heating coil 2, executes first rice cooking amount determination to determine a rice cooking amount inside the rice cooking pot 1 by a change amount of a signal detected by first temperature detection means 3, heats the rice cooking pot 1 by the heating coil 2, and executes second rice cooking amount determination to determine the rice cooking amount inside the rice cooking pot 1 by a change amount of a signal detected by second temperature detection means 4.</p> |
