<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic having a sufficient ultraviolet light-preventing effect and having a good feeling of use in the emulsified cosmetic containing an ultraviolet absorbent.SOLUTION: An emulsified cosmetic contains (A) particulate metal oxide covered with organopolysiloxane; (B) an oil solution which has an ester group in a molecule, has a viscosity of 2000 mPa s or less at 25°C and 1 atmosphere, and has a molecular weight of 2000 or less; and (C) an ultraviolet absorbent. The organopolysiloxane is a mixture of the following (a) and (b): (a) is an organopolysiloxane containing at least one SiH in one molecule; and (b) an organopolysiloxane having at least one phenyl group.</p> |
