摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the suction stress of unsaturated soil for measuring the suction stress characteristics used to predict and evaluate moisture content-specific earth foundation strength and evaluate the stress state of the unsaturated soil. In the related art, the suction stress characteristic curve (SSCC) of unsaturated soil is obtained by obtaining the capillary absorption force and the volumetric water content of the unsaturated soil with different measurement devices and methods and obtaining the suction stress by means of calculation using the respective measurement values, which results in cumbersome and inconvenient measurement processes. According to the present invention, however, the capillary absorption force and the volumetric water content can be measured at the same time by means of a single device and the suction stress of the soil can be automatically calculated based on the measured values. Accordingly, the SSCC of the soil can be easily obtained.</p>
