<p>PURPOSE:To use the title device as a small coupling device also by providing an intermediate reinforcing frame between power cable reinforcing frames and coupling the intermediate frame with the frames by means of a shaft for vertical angular bend and another shaft for horizontal angular bend. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 8 for vertical angular bend which couples an intermediate reinforcing frame 3c with a cable reinforcing frame 3b has a hinge mechanism 9 and the front end section 8b of the shaft 8 is coupled with another shaft 11 for horizontal angular bend provided to the frame 3b in a state where the section 8b can slide on the shaft 11 in the vertical direction. The variation of the vertical angle, vertical position, and horizontal angle are respectively absorbed by the hinge mechanism 9, slidable coupling section, and shaft 11. Since the intermediate reinforcing frame 3c is supported by a supporting table 12 provided with a sliding section installed in a state where a supporting member 5b protrudes from the cable reinforcing frame 3b, no excessive force is applied to the hinge mechanism 9.</p> |
