<p>The present invention relates to a sintering binder for utilizing magnetite finely powdered iron ore, and a method for producing a sintered ore by using the binder and the magnetite finely powdered iron ore and, more specifically, to a sintering liquid binder for utilizing magnetite finely powdered iron ore, a powdered binder, and a mixture binder mixing thereof; and a method for producing a sintered ore pellet comprising 1) a step for mixing finely powdered iron ore consisting of magnetite (Fe_3O_4) with powdered ore consisting of hematite (Fe_2O_3), dust, and sludge; and 2) a step for granulating a pellet since the mixture makes a react with the liquid or powder binder. According to the present invention, the method for producing a sintered ore pellet has an effect for reducing the sintering basic unit since the permeability of a bed is improved in sintering, the sintering productivity is improved, the amount of sintering cokes used is reduced, and a inexpensive raw material is used by developing the early strength.</p> |
