PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid, an imaging device, an electronic equipment, and a mobile body, capable of preventing deterioration in characteristics of an imaging element caused by overheat.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a container having a recessed part; an imaging element accommodated in the recessed part; and a lid configured by a crystal substrate whose angleθmade by a principal surface of the crystal substrate and a Z-axis (an optical axis) that is a crystal axis of a crystal satisfies a relation of -3°00'≤θ≤+3°00', and covering the recessed part. The crystal substrate is fixed to the container so that a principal surface of the crystal substrate and the imaging element are opposed to each other.
