<p>The overhead self-launching launching gantry comprises of - Main Girder (100) which is made of more than one plate in order to function as the principle bearing component for transferring the segment loads to the supports, - Front nose (110) which is connected to the front end of the main girder (100) and is designed to transfer loads to the support during launching. The said front nose (110) further comprises of hinge (120) between the said main girder (100) and the said front nose (1 10), - Rear Support (400) which provides support to the launching gantry during segments ' ' installation and launching. The said rear support (400) is adjustable for different span, - Front Support (410) which provides support to the said launching gantry during1 segment installation, the front leg and middle launching support's relocation and installation, - Front 'Leg (420) which provides' support to ' the launching gantry 'during launching operation, - Middle Launching Support (430) which provides support to the said launching gantry during launching operation, - Crane (700) which provides segment delivery into the correct position.</p> |
