PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium battery which makes possible to suppress a self discharge reaction of a negative electrode material and to increase the rate of utilizing the negative electrode material.SOLUTION: The magnesium battery comprises: a magnesium electrode 15 made of a magnesium alloy; and a water-soluble electrolytic solution 37 which allows magnesium ions to be eluted from the magnesium electrode 15. The magnesium alloy includes at least zinc. |
