<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce warpage of an imaging element.SOLUTION: An imaging unit comprises: an imaging element having an imaging region on a surface thereof; a front face side substrate fixed to the surface of the imaging element, and having an opening for transmitting light in a region opposed to at least the imaging region; and a rear face side substrate fixed to a rear face of the imaging element, and cancelling warpage of the imaging element caused by thermal deformation of the front face side substrate. For example, a magnitude relation to a thermal expansion coefficient of the imaging unit, of a thermal expansion coefficient of the rear face side substrate, is the same as that to the thermal expansion coefficient of the imaging element, of a thermal expansion coefficient of the front face side substrate.</p> |
