Provided are an endoscopic surgical device and a trocar with which a surgeon can easily obtain a desired image using simple operations without increased stress on the surgeon. The trocar is provided with a slider inside the trocar body, which guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity. An endoscope-linked part and a treatment tool-linked part are provided inside the slider, and the slider has a non-sensing zone in which the forward and backward movement of either the endoscope or the treatment tool is not linked with the movement of the other and a sensing zone in which the forward and backward movement of either the endoscope or the treatment tool is linked with the movement of the other. The contact surface of the trocar body with a somatic wall is configured from a wall surface member, which acts as a rotation-preventing wall surface for preventing rotation in the direction of rotation that is centered on the axial direction of the trocar body. |
