<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode material improved in conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode material is obtained by sintering a gel obtained by adding a cyclic ether to a dispersion liquid containing a lithium source, an iron source, a Q source, a phosphorous source and a W source, which are necessary for forming a lithium-containing composite oxide represented by general formula(1), and a conductive material composed of carbon, and includes the lithium-containing composite oxide represented by general formula(1): LiFe<SB POS="POST">1-x</SB>Q<SB POS="POST">x</SB>P<SB POS="POST">1-y</SB>W<SB POS="POST">y</SB>O<SB POS="POST">4</SB>(in the formula, Q represents at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr, Sn and Y, W represents at least one selected from Si and Al, x satisfies 0≤x≤1, and y satisfies 0≤y≤1) and the conductive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
