<p>The present invention relates to a terminal device and a computer-readable recording medium storing a terminal management program. The terminal device includes: a communication unit configured to communicate with a terminal management server device; a memory unit configured to store unique identification information, location information for access to the terminal management server device, and a terminal management program which performs a terminal locking function; a requirement determination control unit configured to determine whether predetermined terminal protection requirements are satisfied by monitoring a driving state in response to execution of the terminal management program; a communication function control unit configured to the communication unit to access the terminal management server device using the location information when it is determined that the terminal protection requirements are satisfied, and to control the communication unit to transmit the unique identification information to the terminal management server device; and a lock function control unit configured to perform the terminal locking function by executing the terminal management program when a lock command is generated by the terminal management server device. Therefore, even through the terminal device fails to receive a server access instruction message since the terminal is maliciously manipulated in a lost state or the like, when the terminal protection requirements are satisfied, the terminal device may be locked, thereby preventing an abnormal use and an illegal distribution of the terminal device even in an adverse condition, such as a lost state of the terminal device or the like.</p> |
