PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning composition to enable to produce a cooked meat easily loosenable after heating with a microwave oven or giving loosened meat powder in the case of minced meat, to give a soft and bulky cooked meat without using an oil while dispensing with troublesome operations in the cooking of meat such as the dressing of vegetables and to obtain a cooked meat comparable to the food cooked by a chef. SOLUTION: The seasoning composition for meat cookery to be used for the seasoning of meat in the cooking with a microwave oven contains a protease and is preferably further mixed with dry vegetable. The cooking set for meat cookery comprises a combination of the seasoning composition for meat cookery with a cooking tool made of a flexible material having oil absorptivity as well as heat-resistance.
