In the present invention, provided is a colloid composition for forming foam sheets including polylactic acid resin particles whose average diameter is 1 to 100 μm made from crushed fibrous particles of polylactic acid resin. In the present invention, provided is a foam sheet manufactured by using the colloid composition for forming the foam sheet wherein the aspect ratio of the fibrous particles of the polylactic acid resin can be between 20 and 100. In the present invention, the foam sheet manufactured by using the fibrous particle of the polylactic acid resin has outstanding durability and surface property and improved longevity.
