An image generating method using ultrasonic waves includes the following steps of: obtaining biological signals of a subject during a predetermined time; generating one or more ultrasound frames using an echo signal of ultrasonic waves radiated toward an interest area set in the subject for a predetermined time; regenerating an ultrasound frame using an echo signal of ultrasonic waves re-radiated toward the interest area and obtaining a biological signal of the subject again at a time point re-radiating the ultrasonic waves; and determining a reference frame from the generated ultrasound frames based on the re-obtained biological signal and the regenerated ultrasound frame.
