摘要 <p>An objective of the present invention is to provide a method of simultaneously manufacturing multiple crank shafts. The method of simultaneously manufacturing multiple crank shafts includes a step of disposing a core system having multiple separate cores inside a cavity of a mold having a first half portion and a second half portion forming the outer shape of each of the multiple crank shafts. The outer shape of each of the crank shafts includes multiple pin bearing journals and multiple main bearing journals. The cores respectively pass the crank shafts. One or more cores among the multiple separate cores pass one or more pin bearing journals among the multiple pin bearing journals, and the other one or more cores among the multiple separate cores pass one or more main bearing journals among the multiple main bearing journals. In addition, the method includes a step of inserting molten metal inside the cavity to form the crank shafts. Hollow sections extending from one or more main bearing journals and one or more pin bearing journals of each of the crank shafts are simultaneously formed as the molten metal is spilled inside the cavity and around the separate cores.</p>
