The present disclosure pertains to an imaging element with which the protective ability of an organic film can be improved, and to an imaging device, and a production device and method. This imaging element is provided with: a photoconversion element for photoconversion of incident light incident from the outside; an organic film formed by lamination onto the light incidence surface side of the photoconversion element; and an inorganic film formed by lamination onto the light incidence surface and the side surfaces of the organic film, for sealing the organic film, the side surfaces of the organic film being imparted with slope of an angle such that the film thickness of the inorganic film formed by lamination onto the side surfaces reaches a prescribed thickness. The present disclosure can be applied in an imaging element or imaging device, or in a production device for an imaging element. |
