<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing implement equipped with a member for erasing an erasing ink, and capable of performing an erasing operation without changing the direction of the writing implement. <P>SOLUTION: A knock type writing implement (10) makes writing possible by projecting the writing tip point (16a) of a refill (16) elastically energized backward by a spring in a shaft cylinder (14) from the tip opening part (18) of the shaft cylinder (14) by a knock operation to a knock body (12) projected outward from the back end part of the shaft cylinder.
