The present invention relates to a band binding member forming apparatus for binding a coil steel sheet which continuously forms and discharges a band binding member where a clip is inserted into an end part of a band cut in a certain length, and the end part is bent. The band binding member forming apparatus for binding a coil steel sheet of the present invention comprises: a band fixating unit; a band supply unit; a clip assembly unit; a clip supply unit supplying an individual clip to the clip assembly unit; a band bending unit; a cutting unit cutting a band supplied by the band supply unit in a certain length; and a fixed base.
