<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material for a vehicle, which can enhance sound absorption performance without being associated with thickening of a sound absorbing material and the like.SOLUTION: A slit 3 is set in a lengthwise direction in the center of a sound absorbing material 2 that is formed almost like a belt, and twisted parts 4 are formed on both the sides of the slit so that a surface can assume an uneven shape continuing in the lengthwise direction. Thus, a sound absorption surface area is increased, and a back air space S serving as a sound insulation layer is formed between an interior material and a trim material 2. Consequently, sound absorption performance of the sound absorbing material 2 is improved, and a sound insulation effect brought about by the back air space S is obtained.</p> |
