PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an intercom system in which non-ringing state is released automatically once the call is finished or specific conditions are satisfied, even if non-ringing is set, and the ringing operation is reset without requiring an extra operation, while furthermore switching can be made to non-ringing by simple operation.SOLUTION: A living room master unit 2 can be made to transit to a non-ringing mode by operating an end button 24, and ringing is stopped while current calling operation continues, or during a predetermined set time when the end button 24 is operated during the calling operation. A master unit CPU 27 receives the calling operation and displays the captured video of a camera 13 in a collective entrance unit 1 on the monitor 21 of the living room master unit 2, and turns off the video display on the monitor 21 upon receiving the operation of the end button 24 again in the non-ringing mode. |
