PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both ATC safety and operation maintaining by minimizing no signal time generated at the output start time of an ATC signal.SOLUTION: An ATC ground device 1 comprises a TD transmitting unit 3 which outputs a train detecting signal, a TD receiving unit 7 which receives the train detecting signal, and an ATC transmitting unit 10 which outputs a TD transmitting instruction 4 to the TD transmitting unit 3 and, receiving TD receiving level information from the TD receiving unit 7, outputs an ATC signal 13. The ATC transmitting unit 10 of the track circuit 5T on which a train is on-rail is made to output an ATC signal 13 and each of ATC transmitting units 10 of track circuits 4T to 1T on which no train is on-rail is made to output an ATC preparation signal 15 which is at a stationary output level in advance, regardless of impedance of the track circuits. An ATC signal 13 of the output level of the time when an ATC preparation signal 15 was outputted is outputted to an ATC on-train device 12 of a train which is the first train or approaches first after exchanging of the ATC transmitting unit 10. |
