BOILER FOR A HOT-WATER HEATING MAT

The present invention relates to a boiler for a hot-water heating mat, which prevents children from opening the rotating stopper of a water container filled with hot water when the mat is used. A controller for a hot-water heating mat comprises: a case; a water container which is arranged in the case and has a heater and a water level detection sensor; a stopper unit which is arranged in the upper part of the water container and the case; a pump arranged in the hot water supply pipe; and a control unit installed inside the case. The stopper unit comprises a penetrating pipe, a water inlet pipe, a cylindrical rotating stopper, a rotation control member and a rotation control handle unit. The penetrating pipe is formed in the upper part of the case and has interlocking grooves on both sides. The water inlet pipe is inserted into the penetrating pipe by protruding in the upper part of the water container and has multiple fixing protrusions on the inner circumferential surface. The cylindrical rotating stopper has an insertion interlocking groove to insert and fix the protrusions in the lower part of the outer circumferential surface, thus getting the lower part inserted into the water inlet pipe in order to open and close the water inlet pipe. The rotating stopper has also a space unit inside whose upper part is open, where a penetrating installation pipe is at the center of the lower part, and axis penetrating holes are on both sides in the middle perimeter. The rotation control member is inserted and installed in the penetrating installation pipe and has circular arc-shaped leaf springs on both side where an interlocking axis penetrates the axis penetrating hole on each of the protruding end units of the leaf spring and a cam axis protruding upwards. The rotation control handle unit is installed to be rotatable in the penetrating installation pipe and moves the cam axis on both sides to the outside so that the interlocking axis can be detachably inserted into and interlocked with the interlocking grooves of the penetrating pipe.
