The present invention relates to a solar cell assembly for HCPV, capable of maximizing generation efficiency by efficiently discharging generated heat by integrating a plurality of solar cells with a heat radiation unit when the solar cells are formed and generate power. The solar cell assembly for HCPV according to the present invention includes an insulated ceramic substrate of a square plate shape, a metal wire pattern which is formed on the front side of the ceramic substrate by sintering, a metal layer which is formed on the rear side of the ceramic substrate by the sintering, and the solar cells which are mounted on the metal wire pattern, and a heat radiation plate which is combined with the rear side of the ceramic substrate by brazing with the metal layer. |
