A clamping device for a segment of a continuous casting machine and a continuous casting machine having the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the clamping device for a segment of a continuous casting machine, which couples a lower frame and an upper frame of a segment to maintain a distance between the upper and lower frames, comprises: a first clamping member which is coupled to one of the upper and lower frames and has a plurality of length control holes to be apart from each other at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction; a second clamping member which is coupled to the other one of the upper and lower frames and has a sliding coupling groove into which the first clamping member is inserted and coupled; at least one locking pin which is installed on the second clamping member to penetrate the second clamping member and is inserted into at least one length controlling hole by moving back and forth to be locked or not; and a hydraulic cylinder which is installed on the second clamping member to move the locking pin back and forth. |
