<p>The invention relates to a movable furnace with adjustable slide-valve and vault with several radii of curvature for preparing food, having solid, liquid or gaseous fuels as heat source, used both in household and at industrial level, provided with a slide-valve which allows the hot air currents to be controlled inside the furnace, the constructive shape of the furnace exhibiting a vault with several radii of curvature which prevent the deposition of the smoke black. According to the invention, the furnace burns the fuel in a combustion chamber () and forms a primary hot air flow () which lifts towards a directioning-distribution device () and heats a hearth () of the furnace, provided with a slide-valve (), adjustable either by translation or by rotation, which closes on at least one plate () and thereby allows the creation and control of some secondary hot air flows which heat a baking chamber () and the secondary hot air flows are separated from the atmosphere by an outer sheath (), the entire system being movable, by some legs () being provided with some rollers ().</p> |
