<p> Provided is a pole for walking in water, wherein walking posture is stabilized even for middle-aged and elderly beginners and walking in water is made easier. Provided is a cylindrical pole body (20), a grip section (30) positioned at the top end of the pole body (20), and a ferrule section (40) positioned at the bottom end of the pole body (20). The pole body (20) comprises an upper-side part (21) having a specific gravity of 1 or less, and a lower-side part (22) having a specific gravity of 1 or more, and when said pole is left in water, the ferrule section (40) faces the water bottom (82), and the grip section (30) is positioned near the surface of the water (81). In order to give the upper-side part (21) a larger volume, the pole body (20) is provided with a portion of increased cross-section area formed to have a flat cross section.</p> |
