Provided are a thermal insulating and soundproof wood-plastic composite material and manufacturing method thereof. After pretreating wood flour, the present invention adds modified hollow silicon dioxide particles as filler to be extrusion molded with plastic. The obtained wood-plastic composite material has excellent mechanical performance, and thermal insulating and soundproofing properties, and is environmentally friendly.
