摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an automatic seeding device of a sapphire ingot growth furnace, which is installed on the sapphire ingot growth furnace and heats a crucible part in which raw materials of single crystal sapphires are inserted, thereby enabling the melted raw material to contact and raise seeds and raising ingot. The device of the present invention comprises a lifting part which is installed on the upper part of the crucible part to lift; a lifting driving part which is connected to one side part of the lifting part and offers a driving force for lifting to the lifting part; an image analysis part which is installed on the upper part of the crucible part to monitor the inside state of the crucible part; a temperature monitoring part which is installed in the crucible part to monitor the temperature of the crucible part; and a control part which offers controlling signals according to the inside state of the crucible part from the image analysis part and the inside temperature of the crucible part from the temperature monitoring part to the lifting driving part. Accordingly, the present invention can organically control the inside state of the crucible part through processes of analyzing images and monitoring temperatures, wherein the growth of the ingot is automatically controlled by a growth driving part, thereby providing the effect of minimizing the unbalanced growth of the ingot caused by manual lifting of seeds or the defects of the ingot like polycrystal ingot.</p>
