<p>Disclosed is a loading system for book-bound items, which is provided to stably pile up various types of book-bound items one by one neatly in a zigzag form by punching the book-bound items, holding the items by springs while preventing the deflection of the items, and preventing the spring from coming in close contact with each other by reversing the direction of the items moved to a loading position. According to the present invention, the loading system for book-bound items comprises: a support frame unit providing a travelling distance from a bookbinding position to the loading position; a transfer unit including upper and lower gears installed on a shaft placed on one side of the frame unit, a driven gear installed on a shaft placed on the other side of the frame unit, a transfer belt connecting the lower gear to the driven gear, a drive belt connected to the upper gear, and a first drive motor supplying power to the drive belt; an LM guide including a rail and a block installed on the frame unit in the longitudinal direction of the frame unit; a reversing unit including a support plate fixated on the block of the LM guide and the transfer belt, a pinion having the upper end installed on the support plate to be able to rotate, a first cylinder operating a rack gear interlocked with the pinion, and a rotary plate fixated on the lower end of the pinion; and a holding unit including a second cylinder which is mounted on the rotary plate of the reversing unit, and has a pressurizing unit to hold the book-bound item, and a support base.</p> |
