<p>The present invention relates to flame retardant foam using a flame retardant agent which does not include a halogen component and a method for producing flame retardant foam. The non-halogen flame retardant foam of the present invention is produced using a base plate mixture mixed with a basic resin consisting of any one of an ethylene-vinylacetate (EVA) copolymer resin and a polyolefin-based copolymer resin, a composition such as a foaming agent, a foaming assisting agent, a cross-linking agent, and the like, and a composite flame retardant agent mixed with an inorganic metal-based flame retardant agent and a phosphorous flame retardant agent. Moreover, in the non-halogen flame retardant foam and method for producing the same of the present invention, a Group 7 element which is a halogen material is not included so that human body harmfulness problems caused by a halogen material can be effectively solved. The composite flame retardant agent mixed with an inorganic metal-based flame retardant agent and a phosphorous flame retardant agent has excellent flame retardancy so that a problem in which foam that is an organic material easily ignites can be effectively solved. The composite flame retardant agent is mixed with the basic resin so that the original physical properties of completed foam are not inhibited.</p> |
