<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of preventing a heating heater from gathering rust by eliminating dew condensation on a surface of the heating heater in steam cooking using steam.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a steam generation device which heats water by a steam generating heater 24 to generate steam; a heating chamber which heats a body to be heated with the steam supplied from the steam generation device; a heating heater 26 which heats the body to be heated in the heating chamber; and a control unit 200 which controls the steam generation device and heating heater 26. The control unit 200 has heating heater control means 200b of intermittently turning on the heating heater 26 so that no dew is formed on a surface of the heating heater 26 in steam cooking in which the body to be heated is heated with the steam supplied from the steam generation device.</p> |
