<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can quickly restore from an error reset and maintain reliability of a random number circuit.SOLUTION: A game machine has: a random number update circuit which updates a random number on the basis of a predetermined signal; a main control ROM 610 which includes a program area where a predetermined program is stored; error reset signal generation means which detects an access is made to an area where the last address number of the program area in the main control ROM 610 is exceeded to generate an error reset signal; and system reset signal generation means 1320 which generates a system reset signal when power is supplied. The random number update circuit, when reset by the system reset signal generated by the system reset signal generation means 1320, determines a random value as an initial value of the random number, and determines a fixed value set under predetermined conditions as an initial value, when reset by the error reset signal generated by the error reset signal generation means.</p> |
