According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display apparatus which includes a first substrate; a display unit which is formed on the first substrate and includes a plurality of organic light emitting devices; a second substrate which is arranged on the upper side of the display unit; and a filling material which is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The organic light emitting device includes a first substrate which is formed on the substrate, an intermediate layer which is arranged on the first electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer, and a porous second electrode which is arranged on the intermediate layer. The porous second electrode prevents impurities from being partially concentrated. |
