<p>The present invention relates to a method for processing corn using medicinal herbs, wherein the method comprises the steps of: (a) boiling Angelicae gigantis Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix Preparat, ginseng, Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, Poria (Hoelen), Glycyrrhizae Radix, Astragali Radix, and Cinnamomi Cortex Spissus, which are medicinal herbs of Sipjjeondaebotang, in water to prepare a hot-water extract of medicinal herbs; and (b) putting corn in the hot-water extract prepared through the step (a), followed by heating, to boil the corn. According to the present invention, active ingredients of the medicinal herbs are transferred to the corn to help the promotion of health, and the processed corn has an excellent flavor even without using a sugar component, thereby improving the preference of a consumer.</p> |
