<p>A hydrowashing tank includes at least two parallel propellers that are rotated 360° at 1500 RPM, which generates turbulence in the tub useful for removing up to 95% of impurities from the material to be washed. These hydrowashing tanks are used in the recycling area, upon being a main part for obtaining a high quality product for creating PET pellets useful for manufacturing plastic items, which are one of the most sought-after materials in the market due to the recycling and maintenance easiness thereof; this invention may promote a quick, affordable and sustainable recycling process, the tank may be completely closed by all sides except the upper portion, which is accessed by a gate actuated by hinges that may fasten the same to the outer portion of the tank, this perforated tank having an upper support for supporting at least one engine that rotates the axis of the propel, which has at least 3 blades, the lower portion having a horizontally opened gate.</p> |
