<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion battery using a solid electrolyte, having a lower resistance than a conventional one and fire retardance and high heat resistance by improving ion conductivity between interfaces of an electrode active material layer and a solid electrolyte layer and their fine particles, not using a vacuum deposition (a dry deposition) such as vapor deposition, sputtering or the like requiring expensive equipment and capable of a wet type continuous deposition in a room temperature atmosphere, and a manufacturing method of the lithium ion battery. <P>SOLUTION: In case of a lithium-ion battery, an MPS containing cathode/anode active materials is prepared as cathode/anode active raw materials and the cathode/anode electrode electrolyte raw materials are prepared by mixing a LISICON fine-grained to a size of 1 μm or less and the MPS containing the cathode/anode active materials as a binder to make a slurry, and on one surface of a cathode current collector electrode plate, the cathode active raw material and the cathode electrolyte raw material are coated several times and fired and the cathode active material layer and the cathode solid electrolyte layer are laminated, and an anode electrolyte raw material and the anode active raw material are coated several time and fired, and the anode solid electrolyte layer and the anode active material layer are laminated and an anode current collector electrode plate is adhered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
