The present invention relates to a coding system for cultivar identification which selects a dense mutation block specific indel marker within a genome and coding its amplification result. The coding system for cultivar identification comprises: a chromosome deciphering module deciphering a standard genome cultivar and a target cultivar; a dense mutation block search module searching a dense mutation block from the deciphered chromosome via an SNV dense block analysis; an amplification result acquiring module setting an indel marker in the searched dense mutation block, amplifying the indel marker with PCR and acquiring the amplification result; and a coding module coding the amplification result. |
