<p>The present invention relates to a heat shock test apparatus and a heat shock test method to form and apply a smooth heat shock condition to a heat shock test of a pump for a nuclear power plant. According to the present invention, the pump heat shock test apparatus using a heat blocking chamber comprises: a heat blocking chamber (100) having a test pump (200) inside; a suction pipe (210) equipped on one side of the test pump (200); a discharge pipe (220) equipped on the other side of the test pump (200); a cooling fluid inlet (120) equipped on one side of the heat blocking chamber (100) to allow a cooling fluid to flow in; a cooling fluid outlet (130) equipped on the other side of the heat blocking chamber (100) to allow a cooling fluid to flow outside; a plurality of heater units (140) to radiate heat to the test pump (200); and an internal circulating fan (150) to circulate air inside the heat blocking chamber (100) to form a smooth heat shock condition. Moreover, the pump heat shock test method using a heat blocking chamber is divided into a low temperature heat shock test method and a high temperature heat shock test method. The low temperature heat shock test method comprises a preparing step (S100), a low temperature heat shock step (S200), a first normal operating step (S300), and a low temperature heat shock test confirming step (S400). The high temperature heat shock test method comprises a cooling step (S500), a high temperature heat shock step (S600), a second normal operating step (S700), and a high temperature heat shock confirming step (S800).</p> |
