PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector, a detection method and a detection program capable of detecting a region of a target object based on an image by performing detection processing according to the operation of an own vehicle.SOLUTION: The detector is mounted on a movable object, and an operation information acquisition section acquires the operation of the movable object which causes changes on the images acquired by the image acquisition part. The setting section sets a parameter according to the operation acquired by the operation information acquisition section. A detection section detects a region of the target object based on an image obtained by performing detection processing according to the set parameter.
