<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for hydrophilicizing a plastic surface, in which the hydrophilcity imparted to the surface can be held for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: A plastic surface is hydrophilicized by being subjected to a pre-treatment in which a plasma is generated and ion is made to act on the plastic surface, and a hydrophilicizing treatment in which a plasma is generated and radicals are made to selectively act on the plastic surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
